Lundby Stockholm dollhouse lower floor

Lundby Stockholm extra floor. This Stockholm basement has both a barn and a garage. It is from the mid-1970s.
Its size means that it only fits the Lundby Stockholm (Dallas) dollhouse, which is larger and longer than the regular classic Lundby dollhouses. It is made of wood and plastic.

It is used and it is clearly visible. It needs cleaning and renovation.

The condition is average, as the dollhouse building itself is excellent and does not show signs of damp or rot, however there is some patina and signs of wear, scuffs, tears, scratches, stains and the like. It also has several flaws, including the garage doors, the upper part of the barn door and others. The plastic appears yellowish and it has been exposed to the sun.
In addition, some places have been given different wallpaper.
It is not known whether the power works - it has not been tested.

This lower part can become nice and beautiful again, but it needs a new home and care.
